The short answer
Open apnakhata.rajasthan.gov.in, click जमाबंदी नकल, choose your district, tehsil and village, then जमाबंदी की प्रतिलिपि and वर्तमान नकल, and search by खाता (khata number), खसरा (khasra number) or नाम (owner's name). All copies on the site are free.
Step by step
- Open apnakhata.rajasthan.gov.in and click जमाबंदी नकल (Jamabandi copy).
- Choose your जिला (district), then your तहसील (tehsil).
- Pick your village from the list. You can filter villages by their first letter.
- Choose जमाबंदी की प्रतिलिपि (copy of Jamabandi). The other option, नामांतरण की प्रतिलिपि, shows a mutation record.
- Choose वर्तमान नकल (current copy). You can also pick a copy as on a date (दिनांक से) or an older copy (गत नकल).
- Search by खाता से, खसरा से or नाम से, and open the record.
Free copy or signed copy?
The copy on the website is for information only. It cannot be used as a certified copy in a court or office. For a digitally signed Jamabandi, use the e-Mitra service Revenue - Print Digital Signed Jamabandi at a kiosk.
Other things you can do on Apna Khata
- Apply for mutation (transfer of name) after a sale, gift or inheritance.
- Apply for a partition.
- Apply for demarcation of boundaries.
- See the land map (Bhu Naksha) and crop inspection (Girdawari) details.
Tips
- Note the khata and khasra numbers from an old copy or receipt; searching by number is quicker than by name.
- After buying land or inheriting it, check that the mutation has been done and the Jamabandi shows the new owner.
- For a bank loan or court case, get the digitally signed copy, not a screenshot.
