Pick the right certificate
e-Mitra has separate Revenue Department forms. Choose the one that matches where you will use it:
- Application form for Caste Certificate - SC/ST (Resident of Rajasthan)
- Caste Certificate - SC-ST-migrated (Central), for SC/ST people who migrated from another state
- Application form for Caste Certificate - OBC for State, for Rajasthan state jobs and admissions
- Application form for Caste Certificate - OBC - Central, for central government jobs and admissions
- Caste Certificate - General and Caste Certificate - Minority
A state OBC certificate is not a substitute for the central one, so check what the job or college asks for.
Documents
Usually asked for
The official sources do not publish one fixed list for every case. The e-Mitra application form shows exactly what to attach for the certificate you choose.
How to apply
- With your own SSO ID: log in to sso.rajasthan.gov.in, open e-Mitra and search for the caste certificate form you need. Or visit any e-Mitra kiosk and ask for that service by name.
- Fill in the form and upload the documents.
- Pay the fee and keep the transaction or receipt number.
- The Revenue Department verifies the application.
- Once approved, print or download the digitally signed certificate from e-Mitra (services named Print Digital Signed Certificates - Caste Certificate).
e-Mitra kiosks charge ₹50 per application under the official rate list (updated 26 February 2026), plus any department fee.
Tips
- Use the same spelling of names as in Jan Aadhaar and Aadhaar.
- Apply well before admission or job deadlines; verification takes time.
- For central OBC certificates, check how recent the certificate must be; many central forms want one issued within a set period.
