From kirayanama to Form 16, in English and Hindi. It names each one and remembers whose it is — so nothing has to be filed.
At the bank counter, on a visa form, at the hospital desk. Try each one.
Type or say it in Hindi or English. Kaagaz answers from your own papers and shows which one it used.
Every form asks for the same numbers. Kaagaz finds them on your cards and keeps them ready to paste.
Insurance, PUC, passport, bills. Kaagaz reads the date off the paper and nudges you 30, 7 and 1 day before.
Pick a purpose. Kaagaz gathers the papers, tells you what is missing, and stamps every page with why it was shared.
Choose a phone folder such as WhatsApp Documents, or share a PDF from email or another app into Kaagaz.
Two photos of one card become one paper. A 20-page scan of mixed papers is offered back as separate ones.
If you can send a photo on WhatsApp, you already know how to use Kaagaz.
Snap a paper, pick a PDF, or select fifty at once. Nothing to name, no folder to choose.
It names the paper, works out whose it is, and notes the dates and amounts that matter.
Ask for it, show it full screen at the counter, or share it with a warning before ID or bank papers go out.
PAN, Aadhaar, car number and policy number, copied straight into the form.
Insurance, PUC, rent agreement and passport dates, tracked without you typing a single one.
Share one folder like "Papa's treatment". When Papa adds a report, it is on your phone too.
“The visa centre wanted six months of statements and my ITR. I made one PDF in the queue.”
"पापा की दवाई की पर्ची दिखाओ" works. So does English, or both mixed.
Text follows the phone's font size. Every button says what it does. Papers can be read aloud.
Four digits or a fingerprint. Deleted something? It waits in the Bin, and Undo brings it back.
“The pension office asked for my PPO. I spoke into the phone and it was there.”
